NEW YORK, May 7 – Anaheim Angels pitcher Jered Weaver, who pitched a no-hitter for the team last week against the Minnesota Twins, will present the Top Ten List on the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN, Tuesday, May 8 (11:35 PM-12:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Weaver will present the Top Ten List from Target Field in Minneapolis, where the Angels are facing the Twins in another series this week.
On Wednesday, May 2 in Anaheim, Weaver struck out nine and walked one batter in the Angels’ 9-0 defeat of the Twins. It was the second no-hitter in the major leagues in less than two weeks, the second Angels no-hitter in less than a year and the tenth for the Angels franchise.
Also visiting the LATE SHOW on Tuesday, May 8 are Emmy Award-winning actor Jim Parsons from the hit CBS comedy series THE BIG BANG THEORY, journalist and talk show host Mika Brzezinski and musical guest Macy Gray.
