NFL on CBS Announcing Assignments for Week 16 of the 2014 Season

We have the assignments for Week 16 for the NFL on CBS which will also include the games it will produce for NFL Network on Thursday, December 18 and Saturday, December 20. NFL Network will air its usual Thursday Night Football game which is produced by CBS. Then the late-season Saturday doubleheader returns for the first time since the 1998-2005 TV contract.

NFL Network airs the first game between Washington and Philadelphia at 4:30 p.m. ET and CBS/NFL Network will simulcast the nightcap between San Diego and San Francisco at 8:25 p.m. ET.

Then on Sunday, December 21, CBS will have the national doubleheader and have six games, four in the 1 p.m. ET window and two in the late afternoon 4:25 p.m. slot featuring Indianapolis at Dallas.

Because CBS is producing nine games in Week 16, the network is calling upon announcers such as Tom McCarthy and Brian Anderson for play-by-play.

We have the CBS schedule of games for you.
