Fox has renewed 24 for at least two more seasons which means Jack Bauer will have two more bad days. The show has been dragging this season and the ratings have lagged as a result. For the first five seasons, the show was original and on the edge-of-your-seat good. This season has been just plain awful. But Fox will renew it. The question is, will the show return to its 9 p.m. Monday timeslot or be moved to another night?
Fox will make its official announcement later today on its fall/spring schedule. We do know Prison Break returns in late August with some good stuff.
Last night, Fox won the night as usual, but in one of the bigger upsets since the Jets beat the Colts in Super Bowl III, House beat American Idol in the 18-49 demographic.
