NASCAR on FOX Gets Hot in the Desert for Subway Fresh Fit Sunday at 2:30 PM ET

WHAT OTHER SURPRISES DOES THE 2011 NASCAR ON FOX SEASON HAVE IN STORE?  – Last week saw 20-year-old Trevor Bayne win the Daytona 500 in stunning fashion. On Sunday, Feb. 27 (2:30 PM ET), the 2011 NASCAR on FOX season rolls into the desert for the Subway Fresh Fit 500 from Phoenix International Raceway.

Coverage starts with the NASCAR on FOX prerace show host Chris Myers, along with analysts Darrell Waltrip and Jeff Hammond from the Hollywood Hotel, FOX Sports’ traveling prerace set providing up-to-the-minute reports and live interviews with drivers, crewmen and officials shaping the day’s action.

Once the green flag drops, race announcer Mike Joy is alongside analysts Waltrip and Larry McReynolds to call all the twists and turns on the track while Dick Berggren, Steve Byrnes, Krista Voda and Matt Yocum patrol the pits for reports on teams and pit stops.
