Vikings RB Adrian Peterson Takes Center Stage on NFL Network This Week
The dynamic Vikings running back nicknamed ‘AD’ for ‘all day’ is the focus this week on two NFL Network shows. Adrian Peterson sits down with NFL Network’s resident running back Marshall Faulk for NFL GameDay Morning’s ‘Sunday Sitdown’ at 9:00 AM ET where the two discuss Peterson’s progression in the Vikings offense, having QB Brett Favre back for a second year and the recent addition of WR Randy Moss.
As of Week 6, Peterson became the fourth Vikings player of all-time to reach 5,000 rushing yards and viewers get an inside look at dynamic running back in this week’s Sound FX: Best Of, which encores Friday at 1:00 PM ET.  The NFL Films-produced segment features a compilation of the best wired moments and sound bytes of Peterson on the field. 
In addition, Peterson and the Vikings’ upcoming game versus division rival Green Bay will be a topic of discussion on Playbook: NFC with Brian Billick, Sterling Sharpe and Brian Baldinger on Friday at 5:00 PM ET.

The Top 100: NFL’s Greatest Players Continues with Episode #8, Featuring Numbers 21-30 Thursday at 9:00 PM ET
Episode #8 of The Top 100: NFL’s Greatest Players debuts on NFL Network, Thursday at 9:00 PM ET, revealing numbers 21-30 on the list. Among the 10 players to be named this Thursday are three quarterbacks, including the youngest quarterback to win Super Bowl MVP honors, the last two of the Cowboys’ eight players on the list and a defensive icon who was as widely regarded for his work on the small screen as his accolades on the gridiron.

NFL.com’s original webisode series The NFL Season: A Biography makes its television network debut Saturday at 10:30 PM ET. The half-hour show is a compilation of the series’ first four webisodes, giving viewers an unprecedented panoramic view of the NFL season, from the first kickoff to the final whistle; the fifty-yard line to the upper deck; and the training room to the board room.
