BREAKING NEWS: Mike & The Mad Dog to Reunite…. Briefly

This has been rumored over the last day or so, but it’s now official. Mike Francesa and Chris Russo who split up last year after Russo left WFAN for Sirius XM Radio, will now do a mini-reunion on Friday at Yankee Stadium. They’ll appear on each other’s show, first Russo on WFAN, then Francesa on Sirius XM. Newsday’s Neil Best who broke the split up last year, has the story of the reunion.

Earlier in the day, Bob’s Blitz was feeling confident about the story.

So for those hoping the two would get back together, Friday’s your day. Of course, you can hear the first reunion online for free at WFAN.com. Subscribers will be able to hear Francesa/Russo, Part Deux on Sirius XM.
